Picking & packaging
We are continually optimising our warehouse software to ensure that the best possible packaging processes are available to you. We ship your products with utmost care and with a wide range of shipping methods including parcel shipping, refrigerated shipping (beta), pallets, hazardous goods and fragile goods. We also offer all (!) sizes of packaging - all in the spirit of sustainability.
Shipping
We provide fast and uncomplicated worldwide shipping thanks to our cooperation with 15 logistics partners. We currently offer Same-Day Delivery in Graz and Vienna. We deliver to almost all of Austria’s neighbouring countries within 24 hours and to Switzerland within 3 working days.
Fulfillment in Switzerland
Benefit from our collective customs clearance service and reach the Swiss market in record time. Your orders will be cleared and delivered to your customers within only 3 working days - starting at just € 1.50 per order!
Pricing
We charge handling costs on a per-order basis plus actual shipping costs. Handling already includes ancillary expenses such as shipping boxes, WEEE levies, staff and more.
Warehousing
Your products will be stored under the best possible conditions because our warehouse is one of the most modern ones in Europe. Plus, your goods are fully insured. Upon delivery, your products will be checked for completeness and condition, of course.

You retain full control of your online shop. How? You accept payments as well as generate and send the bills to your customers. All the necessary information will then be transmitted to our warehouse through the Shopify app or API thereafter.

steve ensures careful, efficient and sustainable picking & packing
The products that have been ordered are commissioned and packed in plastic-free packaging. The delivery note printed by us is included in the package.
steve transmits the tracking information
You receive all the information from us and all you need to do is pass it on to your customers.
You forward the tracking information to your customers
Your customers receive the tracking number from you and can look forward to receiving their order. You will thus retain control over branding and communication.
