Customers place orders and pay in your online shop
You retain full control of your online shop. How? You accept payments as well as generate and send the bills to your customers. All the necessary information will then be transmitted to our warehouse through the Shopify app or API thereafter.

Once an order is received, steve selects the most suitable shipping provider and delivery method to ensure the parcel reaches your customers as quickly as possible.
steve ensures careful, efficient and sustainable picking & packing
The products that have been ordered are commissioned and packed in plastic-free packaging. The delivery note printed by us is included in the package.
steve transmits the tracking information
You receive all the information from us and all you need to do is pass it on to your customers.
You forward the tracking information to your customers
Your customers receive the tracking number from you and can look forward to receiving their order. You will thus retain control over branding and communication.
