Niceshops GmbH is an Austrian online retailer and e-commerce service provider headquartered in Saaz, Styria, with additional locations in Graz and Vienna. We develop online shops in various product segments and are globally active. We operate 20 different online shops in more than 350 regional domains. As an e-commerce partner, we also offer wide-ranging services to retailers - from information technology and logistics to customer care. We also develop and manufacture our own brands and products.
We operate our own online shops and provide business fulfilment for partners from the industry. We offer our business and private customers a seamless sales and shopping experience.
Worldwide e-commerce
We ship nearly 15,000 parcels worldwide every day. Our online shops are currently translated into up to 18 languages, enabling us to serve a continuously growing market. Furthermore, we offer Same-Day Delivery and Next-Day Delivery.
Offline is not off-limits
Our Cosmeterie store offers an innovative combination of e-commerce and brick-and-mortar retail. This allows us to offer customers a completely new shopping experience that combines the advantages of online shopping and the physical store experience in a unique way.
Anything but ordinary
We are currently delighted to have well over one million active customers. With “3DJake,” “Ecco Verde,” and “pools.shop,” we are market leaders in several European countries, and our entire product range includes more than two million items. In 2025, we generated approximately 169 million euros in revenue.

At niceshops, internationalisation (with an 85% export quota) fused with a targeted niche strategy forms the DNA of niceshops and is the foundation for our growth. What's behind our economic success? We offer all the core competencies necessary for e-commerce (software development, branding & marketing, logistics and customer support) under one roof and our employee satisfaction is exceptionally high.

We take responsibility for the environment
“Our planet is our home. Our only home.” Our business activities have an impact on the environment and the climate. That is why we take environmental considerations into account in our decisions and continuously improve the way we work. Following the principle of “avoid and reduce”, we implement concrete measures in areas including energy, mobility, packaging and logistics. We record our greenhouse gas emissions in a carbon footprint assessment and use the results to identify further areas where action is needed.
