Who we are
"We are niceshops and e-commerce is our passion.“
Niceshops GmbH is an Austrian online retailer and e-commerce service provider headquartered in Saaz, Styria, with additional locations in Graz and Vienna. We develop online shops in various product segments and are globally active. We offer more than 45 different shops in more than 400 online domains. As an e-commerce partner, we also offer wide-ranging services to retailers - from information technology and logistics to customer care. We also develop and manufacture our own brands and products.
We operate our own online shops and provide business fulfilment for partners from the industry. We offer our business and private customers a seamless sales and shopping experience.
Worldwide e-commerce
We ship nearly 20,000 parcels worldwide every day. Our online shops are currently translated into 16 languages, enabling us to serve a continuously growing market. We are also currently the only service provider in Central Europe to offer Next-Day Delivery using standard shipping within five markets. This means that customers in Rome, Berlin, Budapest, Ljubljana and Vienna can order by noon and receive delivery the next day. This service is available throughout Europe for an additional fee. Furthermore, we offer Same-Day Delivery in Graz and Vienna - with more cities to come.
Offline is not off-limits
Our Cosmeterie store offers an innovative combination of e-commerce and brick-and-mortar retail. This allows us to offer customers a completely new shopping experience that combines the advantages of online shopping and the physical store experience in a unique way.
Anything but ordinary
We currently serve around 1.5 million active customers. We are the market leader in several European markets with online shops such as "3DJake", "Ecco Verde" and "pools.shop" with a comprehensive product range that includes two million products. Our turnover boasts an average increase of between 40 and 70% annually. In 2020, we broke the 100 million euro mark for the very first time and reached a benchmark of 155 million euros in 2021.

At niceshops, internationalisation (with an 80% export quota) fused with a targeted niche strategy forms the foundation for our growth. What's behind our economic success? All the core competencies necessary for e-commerce (software development, performance marketing, logistics and customer support) are represented by our departments and our employee satisfaction is exceptionally high.
