Do you want to experience the niceshops workplace atmosphere up close? That's now possible at our Graz location. We offer coworking spaces for rent in our building on the ground floor. Why? Because we believe caring is sharing. We started out small too and now we would like to give others the opportunity to grow with us.

We've renovated Roseggerhaus, a beautiful building built in 1913, to meet the most modern standards and converted it into office space for niceshops - three floors over a total area of almost 2400 sq m.
32 coworking spaces are available on our ground floor.
Inclusivity is built-in: all entrances are barrier-free and wheelchair accessible.
Roseggerhaus is very well connected by public transport: tram lines 1, 4, 6 and 7 as well as bus lines 40, 67 and 67E stop literally at the doorstep.
You can get around quickly on foot as well: Hauptplatz (the Main Square), Lendplatz, the main railway station etc. are within a few minutes' walk.
Underground parking (managed by Apcoa) is just around the corner.
Our nice reception team awaits you at the entrance. Everyone who comes here is welcomed with charm, humour and the friendliest smile in Graz. They will be happy to answer your questions, deal with any requests and hopefully no complaints.
Our ground floor is dominated by the colour green - symbolic of a lush, green meadow as well as our sustainable corporate culture.
Nice to know: around 200 plants beautify our office space.
You won't have to leave the building if you need a break from your screen or just want to get some fresh air. Relaxing lounge furniture surrounded by even more plants is ideal for refreshing and relaxing moments on our roof terrace.

"Opening Hours" - come and go as it suits you best
Do you like to work from 9 to 5? Or prefer working on the weekends? Perhaps the occasional evening and night as well? Roseggerhaus is open for you 24/7. We live by the concept of flexible hours.
Reception - Team A at the entrance
Our reception team is there for you from 9 am to 2 pm from Monday to Thursday and from 9 am to 12 noon on Fridays. When you visit outside these hours you will be in charge of your own reception. Plus, our reception team take care of all in-house mailing requests and accept deliveries for our colleagues - of which you will be a part, of course.
Your workplace at the office - much better than at home
Your workstation will be permanently assigned to you: your desk, your domain. Best of all, apart from your own desk, you won't have to clean anything. We will take care of that for you. Some of the desks are height-adjustable and the swivel chairs are also adjustable with a few smart features. Ergonomy will be integrated into your workday. Last but not least, each workstation comes with two screens.
A meeting room - make your meetings fun and productive
A meeting room on the ground floor - which can be reserved via a tablet system - is fully equipped and offers room for ten people (or more, if you don't mind getting cosy). Full HD TV, camera, microphone and Chromebox are ready for you to use, as are flip charts and pens.
Copy machine, printer, etc. - fair use, fair play
One of the core values at niceshops is trust. We don't keep an eye on each other's every move - except if someone is walking by with a plate laden with a delicious dessert. Which leads to our request - please use the printer, copier, scanner and A4 paper fairly.
Internet - since we are talking about fair usage
While we're on the subject: unlimited access to the internet is available to everyone in our office. In the spirit of fair play, however, we ask that you refrain from downloading monstrously large volumes of data. We do not have any local servers in the building.
Chill-out zone - relax and take it easy
In the mezzanine area overlooking the entrance foyer, we have one of several cosy nooks where you can take a relaxing break. Want to let your mind drift or simply enjoy an informal chat with your coworking colleagues? This is the perfect place for it.
Food & Drink - the important stuff, part 1
Nobody will go hungry or thirsty here. The location alone makes that impossible. On Annenstraße itself, and within walking distance, there are so many shops, restaurants and takeaways that you'll be spoilt for choice.
Kitchenette & Canteen - the important stuff, part 2
Coffee, tea, juices and fruit are available in the kitchenette and in our gourmet canteen on the ground floor - all included in your coworking space rent. A fridge and microwave are also available for use. Plus, you can enjoy our daily breakfast buffet for a monthly fee.
Roof terrace - fresh air and blue skies
Feel the fresh air and sun (and rain or snow too, for that matter) on your face on our roof terrace. Come and see for yourself: Mondays to Thursdays from 8 am to 4 pm and Fridays from 8 am to 1 pm.
Massages - you won't want it to end
We offer our nicepeople massages in-house. You too can benefit from this offer. Say goodbye to stress and feel like a new person after our professional masseurs have done their magic on you (price: € 30 for 30 minutes).
Darts & table football – camaraderie, fun and games
Socialise with your colleagues, find an outlet for your pent up energy or just have fun! If you'd like to play a round of darts or show off your table football skills, you'll feel right at home in the games area.
Air conditioning - comfy indoor climate come summer or winter
You won't have cold fingers and toes in winter nor will you sweat in the summer. Our state-of-the-art ventilation and air-conditioning system ensures a comfortable indoor climate all year round.
Washrooms, etc - freshen up and feel good
The fact that we have toilets in our building should not come as a surprise. That we also have showers, will. Available for you to use as well.
For € 350 per month (excluding taxes) and for a minimum period of six months, you'll be assigned a fixed workstation. Electricity, heating and other operating costs are included in this price. Plus, the city of Graz supports companies and self-employed people who rent a coworking space in Graz for a longer period of time. Find everything you need to know here:
